Terms of use

CYRA Auto, operated by CYRA Registry LLC, provides a searchable registry of auto appraisers and a way to request one. By using this site you agree to these terms.

• No endorsement. Listings are provided by appraisers. CYRA Auto does not endorse, certify, employ or supervise listed appraisers, and is not responsible for their work. Credentials are shown as listed by each appraiser and are not checked by CYRA Auto; confirm any credential with the appraiser or the issuing organization before you hire. A listing is not a guarantee of quality or of acceptance by any insurer, court or agency.
• Your information. If you claim a listing you confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you hold the credentials you list. You are responsible for keeping it accurate. We may remove anything that is inaccurate.
• Requests. Sending a request does not create an agreement with any appraiser. Any engagement is between you and the appraiser.
• Sponsored content. Sponsored placements are labeled.
• Availability and liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CYRA Registry LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the registry.
• Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the update.

Privacy

• What we collect. What you submit in forms: contact details, location, vehicle details and credential information. For unclaimed listings, we use publicly available business information about appraisers, such as business name, state, business phone and website, and we show only the name and state publicly until the appraiser claims the listing.
• How we use it. To publish listings, route requests to appraisers, run the registry and respond to you. Appraisers with a listing, claimed or not, may receive customer requests for their area by email, and can remove their listing at any time from the link in those emails.
• Who sees it. Listing details you choose to publish are public. When you send a request, your name, contact details and request are emailed to the appraiser you chose or to up to three appraisers who cover your area, with the registry’s operators, and with service providers that help us run the site. We share information only as described here, or if the law requires it.
• Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or remove your listing. California residents have additional rights under California law, and we will honor requests under it.
• Cookies. This site does not set advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
